​An Act establishing same-day voter registration.

​An Act to ensure access to equitable representation in immigration proceedings by creating the Immigrant Legal Defense Fund.

An Act to promote racially inclusive curriculum in schools. 
Sets standards of accuracy and comprehensiveness in public school instruction for all students to learn about the histories, experiences, perspectives, heritages, and cultures of all Americans.

​An Act relative to LGBTQ+ inclusive curriculum in public schools.

​An Act relative to debt-free public higher education.  It creates a higher education system where every Massachusetts resident has a right to attend any public college or university free of tuition and fees.

An Act Establishing a Climate Change Superfund.
This bill will require companies that have contributed significantly to the buildup of climate-warming greenhouse gases in the atmosphere to bear a share of the costs of needed infrastructure investment, raising billions of dollars over 25 years from the 20 largest polluting companies.

​An Act establishing Medicare for all in Massachusetts.

​An Act establishing a jail and prison construction moratorium.  Enacts a five-year pause on new prison and jail construction in order to provide time to develop more effective, community-based approaches to public safety.

An Act preventing gas expansion to protect climate, community health, and safety.
Prevents the expansion of gas infrastructure near Environmental Justice communities and requires gas companies and the Commonwealth to undergo planning for a just transition to green energy.

​An Act to update the bottle bill. 
This bill would increase deposits, expand eligible containers, and establish a new system that would be established with the goal of having 50% of glass beverage containers returned and refilled by 2040.

An Act to end the taking of horseshoe crabs for bait.
This bill requires the Department of Fish and Game to establish a plan to gradually eliminate the harvesting of horseshoe crabs for bait, reaching full elimination by January 1, 2029.

An Act concerning Asian Pacific Islander Desi American history education.
This bill is aimed at incorporating Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) history into K-12 public school curricula. It mandates that school districts include APIDA history, focusing on contributions to the U.S
